Fulfilment Times

The time it takes to process and prepare your order before shipping depends on how many products you’ve ordered:

• 2 full working days for orders with 1–10 products
• 7 full working days for orders with 11–100 products

Shipping timeframes, including both standard and express shipping, apply after the fulfilment period required to prepare your order.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 – 7 working days after dispatch.

Free Shipping: On orders over £100

• Standard Shipping 4.5 lb–22 lb: £10.00
• Standard Shipping 22 lb–33 lb: £17.00
• Express 1-Day 0 lb–4.4 lb: £15.00
• Express 1-Day 4.4 lb–6.6 lb: £17.00
• Express 1-Day 6.6 lb–22 lb: £21.00
• Express 1-Day 22 lb–33 lb: £35.00
